We're looking for a strategic and experienced Estimating Manager who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of the DC office. This is a unique opportunity to join a major construction powerhouse while contributing directly to the growth of a local team.
What You'll Do:
Lead estimating efforts on vertical construction projects across the commercial, federal, and institutional sectors
Develop and implement winning preconstruction strategies in collaboration with leadership
Oversee estimates from conceptual design through final submission
Mentor junior estimators and help scale the preconstruction function locally
Play a hands-on role in expanding the division's regional presence
What You Bring:
8+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor
Expertise in vertical building construction
Proven ability to manage detailed cost estimates and lead preconstruction efforts
Familiarity with tools like WinEst, OST, and Bluebeam
A strategic mindset and passion for team building and growth
