Healthcare Project Professional Opportunities - New York
A leading architecture and design firm is expanding its Healthcare Studio and is seeking both senior and intermediate project professionals to join the team. The ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare environments, the ability to perform surveys of existing facilities, and expertise in NYS building codes and FGI Guidelines for hospitals and outpatient facilities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare design and practice.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
- Experience in producing architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the project team and clients to deliver well-coordinated working drawings that meet client needs.
- Skilled in coordinating architectural drawings with consultants and other disciplines.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
