Senior Associate Water/Wastewater (Multiple Locations)

We are seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in drinking water systems and project management to join our major client. This role involves managing a variety of projects, from planning and design to permitting, construction, and start-up. The ideal candidate will supervise junior staff, lead project teams, and drive business development through proposal and presentation preparation.

The position includes client development, project management, technical leadership, and mentoring responsibilities. This position is available for numerous large-American cities so please include oyur location on application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all project phases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expertise in planning, designing, and constructing drinking water facilities.

• Staff Development: Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Role Requirements:

• Experience: 12+ years in water/wastewater engineering, with demonstrated success in project management.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in planning, design, and construction of drinking water systems; proficiency in MS Office software.
• Licensure: Current Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Skills:
