Your RoleAs an Engineering Group Leader - Electrical, you will:
✔ Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute engineering projects within budget and schedule.
✔ Lead projects from design through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
✔ Interact directly with clients, agencies, and municipalities, preparing reports and technical specifications.
✔ Oversee permit submittals and regulatory approvals.
✔ Manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
✔ Analyze and improve engineering processes for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
✔ Participate in site visits and meetings with agencies as required.
What You Need to Succeed✔ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
✔ Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one.
✔ Minimum 10 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
✔ Expertise in power distribution, motor controls, lighting, grounding system design, and backup generators.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications✔ Experience in water and wastewater consulting engineering.
✔ Knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting processes.
✔ Experience coordinating with review agencies and municipalities

Qualifications:
