Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project goals and expectations.
* Develop scopes of work for I&C systems, networks, and projects.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
* 10-15 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and related infrastructure.
* Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
* Expertise in designing industrial I&C systems, instrument selection and specification, and communication network design for water and wastewater facilities.
* Proficient in developing, interpreting, and understanding P&IDs and control schematics.

* Provide instrumentation and control (I&C) system engineering and design for water and wastewater projects.
* Work includes both in-plant and remote telemetry (SCADA) projects with the potential for HMI/PLC programming.
