The client we are representing can offer a diverse portfolio of work across the land development sector including; commercial, mixed-use, industrial, mission critical, and FEMA amongst many more. You will have the opportunity to learn from of the most well respected local engineers with the capability to work on projects in 40 of the 52 states.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects for recognizable brand-name clients, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee the financial aspects of project management, including writing contracts, creating proposals, and managing budgets to ensure projects remain on track and profitable.
- Represent the organization in presentations and meetings with local planning and zoning boards, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Guide and mentor a team of professionals, sharing your expertise in project planning, execution, and site design to ensure successful project delivery.
- Navigate the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through execution and closeout, while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

What You'll Need:
- Professional Engineering License is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
- Proven project management experience, preferably in site development or construction-related fields.
- Practical experience with project management tools and civil engineering technologies (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D) is a plus.
