In addition to their local and national work in Higher Ed, the firm has established a K12 practice over the past several years and sees a robust future for this practice under the right leadership. They are prioritizing new and emerging leaders in the firm's growth, and seeking someone with:
- 10-15 years of experience
- Strong background in K12 work in the Baltimore/DC/VA area
- Excellent leadership skills, both with clients and internally
- Licensure preferred
- Mindset of initiative, go-getter, hungry to grow something
- Excited to collaborate with other leadership on a regular basis
