Key skills needed:
- Architectural license
- Strong project experience in federal, civic / public safety, OR K12 work
- Approx 7-8 years of experience or more
- Strong communication skills; overall ability to execute projects
- Experience with PM responsiblities including but not limited to: paticipating in RFQ repsonse and interview, developing budget & fee schedule, assigning team responsiblities, timeline mapping
- Willingness to be in-office 4x/week
