Senior Project Manager Opportunity in New York City
A leading architecture and design firm is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join their Corporate/Commercial/Workplace Interiors team in New York City. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace Interiors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of NYC/National DOB codes, compliance, filing strategies, base building infrastructure, landlord and consultant coordination, and the design-to-shop drawing process.
- Experience with new business presentations and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to manage contract administration (a plus).
- Proficiency in calculating and tracking man-hour projections and project fees.
- Expertise in generating project budgets and schedules.
- Proven experience in managing project finances, including budgets, contracts, change orders, and additional services
