Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Practice

- Empower and Inspire Teams: Lead, organize, and mentor a talented design staff of 3 to 10+ individuals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Champion Financial Success: Strategically negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring projects meet financial goals while exceeding expectations.
- Deliver Excellence: Oversee the precision and applicability of project documentation, ensuring every detail aligns with the broader design intent.
- Make Critical Decisions: Lead the decision-making process with fiscal accountability and responsibility, driving impactful outcomes.
- Showcase Your Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of architectural principles to creatively solve problems and elevate project outcomes.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to tackle challenges with ingenuity.
- Own the Process: Take charge of all correspondence, reports, documentation, and project administration, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Engage and Win: Assist with compelling proposal preparation and shine in client presentations and interviews to secure exciting new opportunities.
- Expand Horizons: Develop and leverage client relationships, contributing to business growth and collaborating across studios to win and deliver outstanding projects.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of professional experience in architecture, with at least five years as a licensed architect.
- A demonstrated history of successfully managing complex healthcare projects, from pre-design through construction administration. This includes expertise in contract negotiation, work plan development, and navigating diverse project delivery methods.
- Bachelor's degree required, with preference for a B Arch or M Arch.
- Commitment to Sustainability: LEED Accreditation preferred-or a willingness to achieve it within 18 months of hire.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong leadership, verbal, and written communication skills paired with the ability to foster meaningful client relationships and guide diverse design teams effectively.
- Adept at leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting competing deadlines with ease.
- Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in a collaborative, open, and design-focused environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet the demands of the projects.
