  • Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, zoning, structural, and aesthetic standards.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and communications efficiently while assigning tasks to the team.
  • Perform or supervise on-site observations, documenting progress and recording existing conditions.
  • Lead design decisions involving spatial planning, material selection, and detailing.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including correspondence and memos.
  • Facilitate project approvals and construction processes while maintaining close communication with clients and municipal officials.

Required Qualifications:

  • A professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a design professional and/or architect.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of building technologies, codes, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
