HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT...
- Collaborate on a variety of education projects.
- Guide projects from concept through to complete construction documents.
- Document design work at every stage, from presentations to final plans.
- Build and maintain effective communication with clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts throughout all phases.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN YOUR NEW ROLE…
We're looking for passionate, driven self-starters. In addition to that, you'll need:
- Deep experience in K12 design is essential.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the design process.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced projects and juggle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work.
- Independent problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced technical skills in relevant software.
- A professional presence and demeanor.
- A collaborative spirit to work with teams across our three offices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
- Preferred knowledge in Newforma Project Center, Sketchup, and MS Office 365.
