HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT...

  • Collaborate on a variety of education projects.
  • Guide projects from concept through to complete construction documents.
  • Document design work at every stage, from presentations to final plans.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of design concepts throughout all phases.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN YOUR NEW ROLE…

We're looking for passionate, driven self-starters. In addition to that, you'll need:

  • Deep experience in K12 design is essential.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the design process.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced projects and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work.
  • Independent problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced technical skills in relevant software.
  • A professional presence and demeanor.
  • A collaborative spirit to work with teams across our three offices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
  • Preferred knowledge in Newforma Project Center, Sketchup, and MS Office 365.
