HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT…

  • Collaborate on diverse Healthcare projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and document design work through all project phases.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Assist in creating and refining design concepts throughout the design process.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR NEW ROLE…

We're looking for self-starters who are passionate and driven. In addition to that, you'll need:

  • 8-15 years of relevant architectural experience with specific projects in Healthcare Design.
  • Licensed Architect in Texas (Open to licensed architects in other states)
  • Strong knowledge of the design process.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in software programs.
  • A professional presence and demeanor.
  • Collaborative spirit to work with teams across their three offices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
  • Bonus knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup, and MS Office 365.
