About the role:
- You would be responsible for direction, completion, and financial outcome of a project, overseeing all project financials, schedule, risk management, quality, and client relationships and needs.
- You will be the lead Project Manager over multiple projects simultaneously, with all being of a very complex nature ranging from $50 million to $150 million in scope.
- You will have oversight of on-site construction including supervising and directing a team of 5 - 20 project engineers, APMs, superintendents, field engineers, safety supervisors, and subcontractors
- Directly manage or oversee the review of proposed changes from Owner or Architect as well as the development of Change Orders by soliciting and thoroughly analyzing subcontractor proposals for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial, healthcare, or office construction projects ideally with project budgets exceeding $100 million (USD)
- College graduate with relevant degree or equivalent experience
- 8-15+ years of relevant commercial construction experience
- Completed multiple projects as the Project Leader in charge of the outcome (financial, completion, schedule)
- Software Experience: Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit or similar programs are a plus
