An established California-based architecture firm is expanding their Northern California presence and seeking a Studio Leader to spearhead that growth. This person will join them in SF and take on a multi-faceted leadership role including people leadership and mentorship, businsess development and strategic planning, and project and design oversight. As a key driver in the firm's continued sucess, you'll collaborate with the firm's leaders in SoCal while growing your own team in SF.
What we're looking for:
- 15+ years of experience
- Strong background in multi-family residential work
- Proven experience with business development (new & existing clients)
- Registered architect
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Great knowledge of SF market, especially in the mulifamily space
