They're actively hiring a Senior Project Manager and/or Studio Lead for their offices in either NYC or PA. My client offers exciting opportunities for professionals looking to advance their careers in healthcare architecture and design. You will come in as a Senior Project Manager (SPM) if interested in people management, it will put you on a path to becoming a Studio Lead.
The ideal candidate leads and manages client and project team interactions, providing a distinct level of customer service by fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. This role brings together the people, process and business to align our capabilities and expertise and bring value to our customers. The Engagement Manager provides leadership from project inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of communication, fostering collaboration internally and externally to ensure seamless project execution.
- Define and assign clear roles and responsibilities across the project team, establishing a cohesive and effective unit.
- Build and manage a complete project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational standards.
- Understand and align project deliverables with customer expectations and overarching business goals.
- Drive the financial success of each engagement, monitoring budgets and resource allocation.
- Identify and capitalize on upcoming target opportunities to advance strategic objectives.
- Achieve and contribute to the organization's strategic goals by ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering successful engagements. 10+ to be considered at Studio Lead level.
- To be considered as Studio Lead - must want to manage a team of PMs, and have a proven track record of leading a team to hit firm goals.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Financial acumen to manage project budgets and contribute to organizational profitability.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and align project efforts with business goals.
