Site/Civil Practice Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead a Land Development team, building and managing strong client relationships as well as contributing to internal office operations

• Leadership responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic vision, business planning, and goal setting
  • Fostering open communication with team members and partners
  • Developing and leading a growing land development practice

• Oversee project profitability, delegate work to qualified staff, mentor team members, and serve as a positive leader

• Enjoy a high level of autonomy to guide, expand, and innovate in land development operations

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in managing land development projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is Required.
• Strong client network, including relationships with architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and landowners
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D
• Business development experience, including proposal writing, budgeting, and work scoping
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to mentor staff, effectively direct resources, and manage projects profitably
