Responsibilities:
* Prototypical Design Leadership: Spearhead the development of standardized Precast designs, refining structural solutions for scalability and adaptability across multiple projects.
* Project Design Reviews: Lead and conduct structural design reviews, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with Prototypical Designs.
* Precast Structural Design: Develop and validate precast structural elements, ensuring robust, efficient designs that meet regulatory and Compass standards.
* Evaluating geotechnical reports, foundation types, load-bearing capacity, settlement risks for each Project
* Play a pivotal part in the Continuous Improvement of our Project & Prototypical Designs.

Requirements:
