Harper Harrison are assisting a key client committed to delivering sustainable solutions in water and wastewater treatment. This role focuses on the planning, design, and management of wastewater infrastructure and advanced treatment projects. The company we represent are leading the way for unique and innovative projects across the US with multiple projects being the first of their kin in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor project teams of engineers and technicians.
- Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and scheduling.
- Oversee business development, including client relations, proposal preparation, and project acquisition.
- Perform engineering design tasks, such as process calculations, equipment sizing, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure quality assurance, technical reviews, and regulatory approvals.
- Supervise project execution from design through construction, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and contractual obligations.
- Provide leadership in revenue forecasting, project planning, and team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of project management experience in wastewater infrastructure or treatment.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
