Position: Land Development Practice Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of growth and excellence.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and satisfaction.
- Have a strong Business Development Presence in Austin
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in land development and project management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a motivated and proactive approach.
- Significant presence in the Single family space in Austin.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
