Job Title: Project Engineer - Land Development

Job Summary: As a third-party recruiter, I am pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer specializing in Land Development. This role involves handling technical tasks related to land development projects, including residential, industrial, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, educational, and recreational designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of project design and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform conceptual site layout, utility design, roadway design, and site grading design.
- Handle soil erosion and sedimentation control design and floodplain studies.
- Provide permitting and entitlement support.
- Prepare engineer's opinions of probable cost.
- Assist with proposal preparation and construction support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development.
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software.
