Harper Harrison are currently working with a national leading engineering firm that have a senior position available out of their Tampa office. The position will include client development, project management, technical leadership and staff mentoring in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
Candidate will be involved with a wide range of projects to include planning, design, permitting, and construction. Candidate shall be capable of supervising junior staff and managing projects. Candidate shall also be able to lead business development activities including preparation of proposals and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in the water/wastewater field, including project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-year projects with collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
- Expertise in planning, designing, and constructing water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Proficiency in MS Office software Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A current Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
