MEET MAT DALEY 

Mat was one of Harper Harrison’s first placements at KAM. We believe that move represents many aspects of what can go so right when both client and candidate see the value in an opportunity. Mat was bold enough to consider something new and exciting. He had the belief in the project of a new office location (even though no office existed!) and was confident in his ability to transition to a new sector and apply his skills in a new business.

In addition, KAM recognised the shared values, ambition and potential in Mat when it may have been easier to overlook those crucial elements and focus on sector expertise. The approach from both candidate and client has resulted in huge success.
