Harper Harrison is excited to reveal that, after much demand from the market, they are partnering with the architecture community to create their first-ever comprehensive salary survey for the U.S. architecture sector.
This is the inaugural year that Harper Harrison will be conducting a salary survey for the architecture community across the U.S., and we encourage architecture leaders to participate in this survey to share their views across a wide range of areas.
The survey's primary objective is to interview a large pool of architecture professionals across the U.S., conducting a concise salary survey to provide professionals in the field with precise, tailored benchmarking data for comparing compensation within the current market. Additionally, the survey aims to assist organizations in benchmarking their internal compensation structures for their teams.
