  • Collaborating with architects, urban planners, and other professionals to integrate site infrastructure into the overall data center design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development for data centers.

  • Strong understanding of the critical power and cooling requirements of data centers.
  • Knowledge of local and state regulations and permitting requirements for land development projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical data and develop creative solutions.
  • Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.

We offer a competitive salary package, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. If you are a passionate and talented Civil Project Manager with a strong track record in land development for data centers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
