EHS & Security Executive - Data Centre
Dublin | €75K-€80K + Car Allowance

A leading global data centre developer is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health & safety, and security operations across two data centre sites in Dublin.

This is a critical on-site role ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, security standards, and best practices to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain EHS & security policies
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and training programs
* Oversee security operations, access control, and incident response
* Monitor contractor compliance and drive sustainability initiatives
* Ensure adherence to ISO 45001 standards and corporate KPIs
* Manage vendor relationships and security service contracts
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

What We're Looking For:
* Degree in Health & Safety or equivalent
* 3-5 years' EHS experience in data centres or critical environments
* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations & security standards
* Experience managing vendors, budgets & compliance audits
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
