We are seeking a Project Manager to lead land development and site civil projects in Fort Myers. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee land development and site civil projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead client relationships, attend meetings, and coordinate with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
- Direct and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain within six months).
- Six or more years of experience in land development and site civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of stormwater management, grading, utilities, and permitting processes.
- Experience managing projects and leading teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
